Virtual Tours are made of 360° panoramas which are connected together to allow the viewers to explore the property as if they were physically present in the property.
Unlike in regular video presentations, virtual tours provide full control to the the viewers, allowing them to rotate and pan to views of the property which they want to focus on. Think of it as standing in one point of a property and being able to look all around you – yes, even top and bottom. Viewers can also move around the property as they wish using the built-in hotspots. With features like radars in floor plans, viewers can easily have an accurate perspective on the layout and design of the property. All these features make virtual tours a more immersive experience than a flat video presentation.
Virtual Tours are generally best viewed in a desktop PC/MAC. It can also be viewed in mobile phones and virtual reality headsets like the Oculus.
Moving around the tour is quite easy. Just click/tap on the hotspots available in each tour. They are usually in the form of circles or arrows.
To change your view in a panorama, simply click and drag or tap and swipe on the panorama depending on what device you are using. On mobile phones and virtual reality headsets, if the gyro sensor on your device is turned on, you can just move the device around and the panorama will move along with it.
Yes. In the menu section of the tour, there is an option to toggle hotspots on or off. Turning it off will allow viewers to be fully immersed in the surroundings.
Our tours support a live tour feature. It is similar to a Zoom call but our agents can let you control the tour from time to time. Kindly message us or contact your agent to schedule a live guided tour.
